Job description
Deliver features across conversational development, knowledge spaces, content extraction, and business data, taking user needs from technical design through release and iteration.
Build clear, responsive interfaces with TypeScript and React, including complex forms, file handling, live feedback, and desktop and mobile experiences.
Design APIs and data models for knowledge retrieval, content processing, and business records, including asynchronous jobs, authorization, and error recovery.
Investigate performance and reliability issues using real usage feedback; improve tests, logging, and monitoring to make delivery and diagnosis more effective.
Lead technical and code reviews with design, AI, and growth colleagues, making explicit trade-offs between user value, delivery cost, and long-term maintenance.
Requirements
Experience owning and shipping a web product; explain your technical decisions, delivered outcomes, and problems resolved after launch through concrete projects.
Strong TypeScript, React, HTTP/API, and relational database skills, including data modeling, indexes, transactions, and frontend/backend integration.
Ability to diagnose performance, concurrency, or asynchronous processing issues, with attention to authorization, data consistency, automated testing, and maintainability.
Ability to turn ambiguous needs into implementation and iteration plans, communicate risks and progress, and lead technical or cross-functional collaboration.
Research the journey from expressing an idea to completing a usable result through interviews, task observation, and usability testing; turn barriers into actionable recommendations.
Define information architecture and core flows for conversational development, knowledge organization, content extraction, and business data, reducing onboarding and task complexity.
Own sketches, interactive prototypes, and detailed interfaces for desktop and mobile, including loading, empty, error, and completion states.
Maintain component, typography, and interaction standards; work with engineers on implementation and acceptance to ensure consistency, accessibility, and attention to detail.
Validate designs using feedback and task outcomes; document assumptions, research findings, and iteration results to guide product priorities.
Requirements
A product portfolio that explains problem framing, research methods, trade-offs, personal contributions, and feedback after launch.
Proficiency with Figma or equivalent tools, interaction design, information architecture, and visual communication; ability to build testable prototypes independently.
Ability to plan interviews or usability tests, distinguish stated preferences from underlying needs, and turn findings into practical product designs.
Understanding of responsive layouts, accessibility, and frontend constraints; effective engineering collaboration. AI or productivity-tool design experience is a plus.
Identify target users and valuable use cases; develop acquisition, activation, and retention plans around app creation, knowledge organization, and business collaboration.
Create product content, use cases, and onboarding materials; run channel and content experiments and evaluate effort, qualified leads, and conversion results.
Help users complete their first task, identify obstacles, and provide clear guidance; turn recurring questions into tutorials, FAQs, and service processes.
Analyze the journey from visits and registration to first value and sustained use; identify drop-off points and improve key flows with product and design.
Summarize customer feedback and priorities, follow through on resolution and usage outcomes, and bring evidence from users into product iteration.
Requirements
Experience in software growth, customer success, or user operations, with concrete examples of objectives, actions, measurement, and results.
Content planning and clear writing skills; ability to explain AI capabilities as practical tasks and outcomes that users can understand.
Familiarity with funnels, activation, and retention; use spreadsheets or analytics tools to form hypotheses, design experiments, and evaluate results.
Strong listening and follow-through, managing expectations and multiple issues across users and product teams. Small-team workflow experience is a plus.
Improve conversational application generation across requirements, planning, code generation, and editing, with a focus on completing real user tasks.
Develop prompts, context organization, and tool-use workflows that bring knowledge retrieval, extracted content, and business data into AI tasks appropriately.
Build evaluation sets covering representative tasks, edge cases, and past failures; assess correctness, instruction following, and usability across versions.
Use logs, reproducible examples, and failure classification to improve retrieval, context, and tool execution, reducing ineffective retries and unreliable results.
Compare models and approaches with product and engineering; track success rates, latency, and API cost, turning experiments into reliable product capabilities.
Requirements
Experience shipping large language model applications with TypeScript or Python, including model APIs, tool calling, and backend integrations.
Understanding of prompting, structured output, RAG, and context management, including when they work, their limits, and common failures.
Ability to design reproducible evaluations and controlled experiments, maintain test data, and analyze failure distributions beyond a few successful demos.
Engineering debugging and data analysis skills, with attention to security, authorization, and untrusted input. Code-generation or AI developer-tool experience is a plus.
