Access and export
For an account data copy, submit a data-rights case through Support or contact the Privacy Policy email. We may verify identity and explain the handling process. Passwords, sessions, verification codes and service keys are excluded from exports.

Correction, restriction or objection
Submit a data-rights case. We may verify identity and will respond within the applicable period, normally no more than 30 days.

Deletion
To delete a platform account, submit a data-rights request. We may verify identity and explain the handling process; completed deletion cannot be undone, and legally retained information follows the Privacy Policy.
