Turn project sources into reusable context

Choose Knowledge spaces in the workspace, create a space and give it a name, description and color. Separate spaces by client, brand or long-running project so unrelated material does not mix.

Spaces remain independent. Only a space you explicitly select is used in the current question or project.

Import a file, or type and paste text directly to save it as a TXT source. The service extracts searchable text and displays processing status. Open the preview when processing is complete to verify the source name and content.

• Create, rename and delete source folders, and move selected sources into a folder. Deleting a folder moves its sources to Unfiled instead of deleting them.
• Original files with selectable text are usually more reliable.
• The refresh control beside Space sources reloads the current space’s sources, folders and metrics.
• Drag My spaces to set their order; the mobile space picker supports reordering too.
• Do not upload material you cannot use or unnecessary sensitive data.

Free allows 1 knowledge space, 100 MB in total and 20 sources; Standard allows 5 spaces, 5 GB and 1,000 sources; Professional allows 20 spaces, 20 GB and 5,000 sources. Each 5 GB capacity pack only raises total capacity and can be purchased and used only with an active paid entitlement. Global purchasing remains disabled until a provider and market prices are configured.

Spaces above the active allowance are frozen when an entitlement or capacity source expires. They cannot be searched by AI support, answer questions, accept uploads, re-index or receive writes, but remain available for management, export and deletion. The preferred eligible space is kept first, and frozen excess material is retained for 90 days for possible restoration within a newly active allowance.

Ask a question inside a knowledge space and Nemeow prioritizes that space’s material. Specific questions are easier to verify; for figures, conclusions or quotations, ask the answer to identify its basis.

Use Connect space from project creation or the editor add menu to attach one of the current account’s knowledge spaces to product work.
